BC Boyz hit up the Skook

Yo yo yo,

This is Dylan Davidson, the better half of the Davidson bros. Myself and Max left our cozie little dwelling in Egmont BC and traveled the long journey up to the mighty skookbeast. We camped, we surfed, we had a great time. We pushed our little green ramrod-mobile over 300000 k also. hot dam! that thing took us all the way to the ottawa this past spring and back this fall! what a trip.

El Rio Alceseca (video)

I met up with my good man Rafael Ortiz, a mexican native, and we agreed to go and run some sweet sweet whitewater. He and Nick and the No Big Names crew ran a whole bunch of the Alceseca in the past few weeks so he knew where to take us. The section we ran is only a small part of the river. We put in below the giant Big Banana Falls. We paddled all day down some amazing whitewater through some of the most beutiful scenery i have ever seen. Tight gorges and clean waterfalls were around every corner. The crew consisted of Raffa, Evan Garcia, Katie Scott, Scott Ligare, Erinn and myself. We took out at the Tomata bridge which is just above the big Tomata Falls and the Tomata gorge, featured in Burning Time. World Championships on the Ottawa

The world is coming to the ottawa to surf its giant waves to crown a new world champion. Probably the most respected world championships ever in the history of freestyle kayaking, the ottawa worlds of 2007 has already created increased stress among athletes to make their national team. Many dreams have come true, while others have been crushed. The Ottawa worlds in May 2007 will be the most intense competition ever in freestyle kayaking. Alright, we're all going to be all over the place over this next year. This blog will let us all stay connected. Post where you are and what you've been up to every week or so so that we can keep an eye on everybody's progress. Miss hanging out with all the boys, I'm in Atlanta right now on my one week of fall break. I am leaving for mexico on october 8th where i will meet up with the rest of WCKA.
